What are the dates for Xplor 2024?
Xplor will be held from October 28 to 31, 2024, at Le Westin Montréal. The trade show and conferences will be on October 30 and 31. The gala will take place on Wednesday, October 30, starting at 6 p.m. Workshops are scheduled for October 28 and 29. See the program here: https://xplor.aemq.org/en/program/.
How do I register for the Xplor convention?
Use the online form to register as a participant. It only takes a few minutes to complete, and you will receive confirmation of your registration by email, as well as a receipt. Only credit cards are accepted.
I am not a QMEA member. How do I register?
You can become a member when you register for Xplor 2024 and pay your annual membership fee here: https://inscriptionsxplor.aemq.org/.
I am already a QMEA member. How do I register?

I would like to cancel my registration for Xplor 2024.
Cancellations received before midnight on September 27, 2024, will be given a 50% refund on the registration fee (including the base rate and workshops). No refunds will be given for cancellations received after that date. Registration for social activities is non-refundable, as is individual membership.
Can I transfer my ticket if I can no longer make it to Xplor 2024?

Where will the trade show be held?
The trade show will be held on the 8th floor of Le Westin Montréal from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Wednesday, October 30, and from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Thursday, October 31.
Where will the workshops and conferences be held?
The presentations will be held on the 9th floor of Le Westin, in the Ville-Marie and St-Antoine rooms. Check the online program for the presentation locations: https://xplor.aemq.org/en/program/.
Where will the breakfasts, conference lunches, and Recognition Awards Gala be held?
These activities will be held in the Montréal AB room on the 11th floor of Le Westin. Check the program for the detailed schedule: https://xplor.aemq.org/en/program/.
Can an exhibitor have a package delivered to the Westin before the convention?
Yes, small packages can be sent to the Westin Montréal starting Monday, October 28, 2024 at 12 noon. Please refer to the Exhibitor Guide for more information.
What are the booth set-up times for the Xplor exhibition?
Booth set-up is scheduled for Tuesday, October 29, between 8am and 6pm. A set-up schedule will be provided one month prior to the event. Please consult the Exhibitor Guide for more information.
Is there a preferential rate for accommodation during the conference at the Westin Montréal?
Yes, a preferential rate is offered to Xplor participants, but the number of rooms is limited. Book your accommodation as soon as possible.
Are there spaces reserved for business meetings at the Westin Montréal?
Two meeting rooms are available for your business meetings during Xplor. Consult the calendar for available times and reserve your place.
How do I get my name tag back at the Westin Montréal?
Visit the Xplor registration desk on the 3rd floor of the Westin Montréal.
Where can I park near the congress?
Parking at the Westin Montréal is available by valet ($45 per day). Other options are available nearby, such as indoor parking at the Quartier international de Montréal (249 rue St-Antoine Ouest), just across the street from the Westin. For heavy vehicles, please contact Marc-André Brazeau at aemq-exposition@altitudec.com.
Where can you dine during the conference?
Although Pub Xplo doesn’t offer food, several options are available. The hotel features La Gazette (first floor) and Moulins Lafayette (3rd floor). Numerous restaurants are also within walking distance in Old Montreal.
