Predicting and managing the inherent variability and complexity of mining is a challenge that requires the involvement of key stakeholders and experts at every step of the mineral supply chain. There is a growing interest in developing and implementing new tools and procedures to build a wider base of knowledge about ore bodies in relation to metallurgical performance.
