The Elmer Gold Discovery, James-Bay Eeyou Istchee Region, Quebec

The Elmer Project, 100%-owned by Azimut, was acquired by map designation in 2018. Surface assessment work of the Patwon Prospect led to the identification of a significant gold-bearing system that was tested by a maiden 7-hole drilling program (996 m) in November 2019. A second program (55 holes, 10,400 m) has since confirmed the substantial nature of the discovery. Mineralization is principally related to two quartz-vein networks (shear and extensional) and their wall rocks. The zone is up to 80 m thick, has been traced over a 400-m strike length and to a depth of 250 m. It remains open in all directions and will be actively explored.
