Stéphanie Lavaure
Stéphanie Lavaure is a research associate with the Consortium de recherche en exploration minérale (CONSOREM) and an instructor in UQAC’s department of applied sciences. She holds a doctorate in mineral resources from the Université du Québec à Chicoutimi. Before joining CONSOREM, Stéphanie spent 10 years as an exploration geologist for Arianne Phosphate, where she played an active role in developing the Lac à Paul apatite mine project. Since 2021, she has been conducting research on critical and strategic minerals and geometallurgy with CONSOREM and the Table régionale de concertation minière (TRCM) for the region of Saguenay–Lac-Saint-Jean.
