Introduction to the Session on Geometallurgy: A Key Element of a Successful Mining Project

See program info

Predicting and managing the inherent variability and complexity of mining is a challenge that requires the involvement of key stakeholders and experts at every step of the mineral supply chain. There is a growing interest in developing and implementing new tools and procedures to build a wider base of knowledge about ore bodies in relation to metallurgical performance. In this session, “Geometallurgy: A Key Element of a Successful Mining Project,” presenters will share examples of such tools and procedures that have been developed.
